Job summary

GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join a Network and Security Platform Management team that spans office, data center, and co-location environments. You will help ensure performance, scalability, and resilience for large-scale data center networks supporting compute-intensive workloads.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale enterprise or data center networks.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco and Arista networking platforms, including IOS, IOS-XR, NX-OS, and EOS.
• Deep understanding of routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN, and MPLS.
• Experience working with WAN technologies including SD-WAN, segment routing, and multitenant environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including packet analysis, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps-oriented, or infrastructure automation environments.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, resilient data center network infrastructure.
• Support enterprise, data center, and co-location environments across routing, switching, firewall, and WAN domains.
• Lead troubleshooting and break/fix efforts for complex network issues across global infrastructure.
• Support highly available network environments where uptime, performance, and operational discipline are critical.
• Implement and manage data center network architectures leveraging EVPN, VXLAN, MPLS, and modern routing protocols.
• Support WAN environments including SD-WAN, segment routing, and multitenant network designs.
