Job summary

Daedalus Industrial is seeking a highly skilled Lead Superintendent for large-scale data center projects in Turkey, Texas. You will oversee all low-voltage infrastructure installation, coordinate trades, supervise crews, and ensure safety and quality.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10+ years in low-voltage or electrical construction, proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, and BIM360, and strong leadership to drive project success on mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in low-voltage or electrical construction, preferably in mission-critical or data center environments.
• Demonstrated experience supervising crews or subcontractors in a construction setting.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling systems, network infrastructure, fiber/copper installation, and termination practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and technical diagrams.
• Strong understanding of low voltage cabling standards, NEC low-voltage guidelines, and data center best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, BIM360, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Leads all other site superintendents – serving as an escalation point for issue resolution, technical queries, etc.
• Lead and manage day-to-day low-voltage installation activities for data center projects.
• Supervise site crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, RFI responses, and submittals related to low-voltage systems.
• Conduct daily site walks to verify installation quality, identify issues, and ensure work areas are safe and organized.
• Coordinate closely with electrical, mechanical, general contractor, and owner-representative teams to maintain alignment across trades.
