Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Interiors Architect/Interior Designer to lead the design and delivery of data center and mission-critical interiors in Indianapolis, including offices, control rooms, operations centers, and data center spaces.

You will collaborate across disciplines, develop space plans, renderings, finishes, and documentation, ensure codes and accessibility, mentor junior staff, and contribute to proposals and client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including interior architecture/design.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM-based project delivery.
• Strong understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, life safety standards, and architectural specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design efforts for mission critical and data center projects from programming through construction administration.
• Develop space planning and interior design solutions for office, control room, operations center, security, collaboration, training, and employee amenity spaces.
