Job summary

Access Search, Inc. seeks a Senior Data Center Infrastructure Architect to design and lead deployments of complex, customer-hosted infrastructure in a Cybersecurity & Defense setting. This remote role emphasizes hands-on on-prem data center building and strong leadership skills.

The candidate will develop BOMs, LLDs, sizing models and capacity plans, with a focus on Linux, storage and networking. You will guide workshops and oversee deployments by partners, with occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Hands-on background building on-prem/data center infrastructure.
• Experience creating BOMs, low-level designs (LLDs), sizing models and capacity plans.
• Strong Linux, enterprise storage and networking expertise.
• Ability to lead workshops and oversee deployments by partners/contractors.
• Experience developing runbooks, readiness checklists and repeatable deployment processes.
• Strong customer-facing communication and technical leadership.

• Location: Remote
• Compensation: $200K base
• Travel: Occasional international travel / EMEA support

A growing Cybersecurity & Defense Technology company is seeking a Senior Data Center Infrastructure Architect to design and lead the deployment of complex, customer-hosted infrastructure.

What we're looking for:

• Deep hands-on background building on-prem/data center infrastructure - racks, servers, PDUs, structured cabling, optics, firmware, power & cooling
• Experience creating BOMs, low-level designs (LLDs), sizing models and capacity plans
• Strong Linux, enterprise storage and networking expertise
• Ability to lead technical design workshops and oversee deployments executed by partners/contractors
• Experience developing runbooks, readiness checklists and repeatable deployment processes
• Strong customer-facing communication and technical leadership

Nice to have: Air-gapped/classified environments, GPU/HPC infrastructure, large-scale analytics platforms, FedRAMP/CMMC, disaster recovery or federal/defense experience.
