Job summary

Oracle Corporation seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead data center construction programs with colocation providers. You will oversee planning, budgets, schedules, and documentation to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and top-quality outcomes.

You will drive risk assessment, supplier contracts, and QA processes, conduct site walks, coordinate design and commissioning, and serve as executive liaison to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience delivering data center or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership and vendor management capabilities.
• Proficient in risk assessment and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for data center construction projects with colocation providers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee comprehensive project schedules and budgets.
• Manage documentation, design reviews, commissioning and problem-solving papers to standards.
• Direct quality control, site walks, and integration during design, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Lead risk management initiatives and contractor/vendor negotiations to ensure performance and compliance.
