Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operations for a government customer in Gulfport, MS. The role includes managing facilities maintenance, electrical systems, and emergency response in a data center environment.

The position requires extensive experience, a TS/SCI security posture, and strong leadership to coordinate maintenance, operations, and projects in a mission-critical facility.

Qualifications

• Understand the complete scope of data center systems, processes, and infrastructure.
• Lead a team with the skills to implement data center maintenance and project requirements.
• Analyze continuing performance of all data center infrastructure and operations.
• Detect data center performance problem areas and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication with staff and technicians.
• Understand safety rules and manuals for equipment.

Responsibilities

• Holds overall responsibility for facilities operations, facilities maintenance, and electrical operations.
• Owns the integrated facilities execution plan and resolves competing demands among continuous operations, scheduled maintenance, and project work.
• Serves as the senior authority for facility emergencies and declared events.
• Approves Methods of Procedure affecting Critical Physical Infrastructure and is accountable for performance against the availability standards set by the customer.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
