  • Creates work‑order templates, job plans, task lists, maintenance frequencies, labor estimates, material requirements, safety notes, and acceptance criteria.
  • Defines maintenance requirements using equipment documentation, O&M manuals, single‑line diagrams, commissioning documents, manufacturer recommendations, and operating experience.
  • Identifies maintenance‑coverage gaps, duplicate work, overdue maintenance, incomplete procedures, and opportunities to improve maintenance effectiveness.
  • Supports work‑order planning, scheduling, execution documentation, and closure quality for critical infrastructure maintenance.
  • Ensures maintenance history, work records, equipment documentation, and follow‑up actions are accurately captured in the CMMS.

Reporting, Governance, and Continuous Improvement
  • Generates CMMS reports and dashboards for maintenance compliance, asset reliability, work‑order performance, backlog management, asset‑data quality, and lifecycle planning.
  • Uses CMMS and operational data to identify recurring failures, maintenance trends, reporting inaccuracies, asset‑data issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Drives continuous improvement in maintenance processes, CMMS workflows, asset governance, engineering documentation, and reporting.
