Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of facilities maintenance, data center operations, or similar technical environment.
• Experience in mission-critical environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility systems and components.
• Conduct repairs, installations, and on-site inspections to ensure operational reliability.
• Monitor BMS alarms and respond using standard procedures.
• Operate and maintain plumbing, fire suppression, and safety systems.
• Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Assist in operating critical infrastructure under guidance of senior technicians.
• Work with minimal supervision on day-to-day activities.
• Support vendor work approvals, tracking and reviews.
• Maintain site logs, permits and documentation.
• Identify SPOFs and recommend improvements.
• Respond to site incidents and equipment failures.
• Complete routine work orders and circuit installations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain auxiliary and office equipment.
• Collaborate with team to resolve facility issues.
