Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• 5+ years of electrical project management for large IT/telecom data center projects.
• Experience with data center electrical distribution systems, cabling, and white space fit-out.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes and budgets.
• Establish timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Supervise project execution to meet design, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to clarify and meet expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead billing efforts and collect payments on time.
• Maintain strong client and team relationships and provide regular reports.
