Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
11+ years related work experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to drive results, set priorities, and plan effectively.
Skilled in delegating, leading teams, and managing project schedules, budgets, and staffing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and challenge current assumptions.
Attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Lead detailed design of large-scale data center environments following standards.
Collaborate with project teams and field personnel to review projects on scope, budget, and schedule.
Incorporate schedules, budgets, and criteria into physical design and layouts.
Mentor and supervise junior engineers and designers.
Provide guidance on design risk factors for redundancy and resiliency.
Prepare and review technical drawings to ensure conformance to standards and customer requirements.
Coordinate with clients to determine project requirements and support business development.
