Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an Electrical Commissioning Lead for large data center projects in the Phoenix, AZ area. The role will oversee electrical commissioning, ensure QA/QC adherence, and manage technical aspects of projects with growth toward people management.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years in electrical/mechanical commissioning, data center experience, and strong communication. Travel up to 50% with close proximity to a major airport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering a plus.
• Experience with commissioning of complex facilities or mission-critical data centers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commissioning projects with a team of engineers and PMs.
• Act as SME to ensure adherence to commissioning standards and QC process.
• Develop SOPs, MOPs, and comprehensive commissioning documentation.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and field technicians to validate results.
