Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a Critical Environments Operator III to join their Fort Worth, TX team. This role involves supporting the operations and maintenance in a data center environment, ensuring reliability and efficiency of critical systems. The ideal candidate will have journeyman skills in electrical or HVAC/R and experience in data center operations.

This full-time position requires availability for emergency corrective maintenance and a commitment to high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working in Tier 2, Tier 3, or Tier 4 Data Centers.
• Journeyman level skills in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC/R.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responds to building system alarms and mitigates risks.
• Works with contractors for maintenance completion.
• Ensures compliance with company and governance regulations.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good problem solving skills

Knowledge of Visio, AutoCad

Strong PC skills

Education

Associate’s degree in electrical or HVAC/R training

Tools

Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Hand tools
