Job summary

Schlumberger Limited, operating through SLB New Energy & Industrial, seeks a Controls and Instrumentation Engineer to support hyperscale data-center modules. You will review designs, lead electrical scope activities, and coordinate with Vendors, Procurement, and clients from design through commissioning.

Responsibilities include FAT support, on-site troubleshooting, and creating control narratives while ensuring standards and safety compliance across global projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Controls Engineering required.
• PE license preferred; experience with data-center projects a plus.
• 7–15 years in controls/instrument design and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Check and approve drawings and documentation to meet standards.
• Review P&IDs, instrument data sheets, and control narratives.
• Lead design reviews, site commissioning, and FAT activities.
• Troubleshoot during start-up and assist installation teams.
• Prepare bulk MTOs and BOMs; interface with vendors and clients.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and compliance of electrical scope.
