Job summary

CPG Beyond, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent IV in Columbus, Ohio. The role provides on-site coordination for all phases of construction, manages subcontractors, materials, and equipment, and ensures work aligns with specifications, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities include progress tracking, quality control, safety, daily logs, and weekly subcontractor meetings. Educational/experience preferences include 7–10 years in construction, mission-critical projects, and broad phase

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of verifiable experience with thorough knowledge of trades.
• Experience in mission critical construction is preferred.
• Experience in all phases of construction including earthwork, formwork, rebar, concrete and drainage.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain daily on-site logs and manage punch lists.
• Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings and ensure scope adherence.
