Job summary

MPI is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Data Center Construction to lead the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects in Arkansas from preconstruction through turnover.

You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and internal teams while upholding safety, quality, and client satisfaction. The role offers cross-project opportunity and a strong culture with a substantial backlog of work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing data center construction projects.
• Experience leading large, mission-critical construction teams.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
• MEP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of large-scale data center construction projects while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals.
• Manage subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk mitigation plans.
• Oversee project documentation, change orders, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate commissioning activities and support project closeout processes.
• Drive QA/QC standards across all construction phases.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders for successful delivery.
