Cumming Group in Houston is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and critical infrastructure construction projects from planning through commissioning and turnover. You will oversee project scope, budget, schedule, risk, quality, procurement, contractor performance, and stakeholder communication to drive successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing data center, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery from planning to closeout.
• Develop and manage scope, schedules, budgets, cash flow and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate activities among clients, engineering teams, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, QA/QC and commissioning teams.
• Oversee MEP systems, construction quality, safety, testing and commissioning.
• Support procurement including RFP development, bid evaluation, contractor selection and contract administration.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Review drawings, specifications, change orders and technical documentation.
• Provide clear reporting and leadership to drive cross-functional collaboration.
