Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the delivery of large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects nationwide. This 100% travel, on-site role demands hands-on leadership from pre-construction through commissioning and turnover.

You will oversee safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client relations, coordinating owners, design teams, subcontractors and commissioning agents across sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience with strong data center exposure.
• Experience working for a General Contractor is required.
• Proven ability to manage projects from pre-construction through commissioning and turnover.
• Willingness to travel full-time to project sites across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of large-scale data center construction projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, cost reporting and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, design teams, commissioning agents and client stakeholders.
• Oversee critical infrastructure scopes including power, cooling, MEP, low voltage and commissioning.
• Manage RFIs, procurement, contract administration, risk mitigation and project reporting.
• Ensure safety, quality and client expectations are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers and field teams.
