Job summary

Dexian is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in Data Center Construction to lead large-scale, mission-critical projects from design through commissioning, turnover, and warranty support.

The role requires coordinating with design teams, contractors, and operations, managing schedules, budgets, safety, and quality, and presenting updates to executive leadership from our Atlanta area operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years managing large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects.
• 8+ years of experience in project controls, including scheduling, budgeting, cost forecasting, risk management, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction project delivery from planning through project closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, contracts, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, consultants, commissioning teams, and operations stakeholders.
• Conduct site walks, monitor construction progress, and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Drive procurement, commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness activities.
• Present project updates and reports to executive leadership.
