The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western is seeking a Senior Superintendent for our Data Center Group in Goodyear, AZ. Lead field teams, plan construction means and methods, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget targets on complex data center projects.

This full-time, on-site role requires a proven track record in large-scale construction, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors and resources to deliver projects on time and to Walsh\'s high-quality

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 10+ years of experience in construction.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing construction means/methods for high-rise projects and site logistics.
• Monitoring job costs and productivity on projects.
• On-site co-ordination of manpower, materials and equipment.
• Developing, monitoring and executing the project construction plan and schedule.
• Organizing and coordinating all subcontractor activities.
• Project close-out; final inspections, deficiencies, warranty work and site demolition.
• Working with Owners to ensure projects meet contract documents.
