Responsibilities include planning means and methods, on-site coordination of manpower and equipment, monitoring costs and progress, and ensuring compliance with contract documents while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• 10+ years of construction experience preferred.
• Relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement construction means/methods for high-rise projects.
• Coordinate on-site manpower, materials and equipment.
• Develop, monitor and execute project construction plans and schedules.
• Supervise, train and mentor field personnel.
• Ensure safety and quality programs and compliance with contract documents.
