Job summary

Ascendo-Resources is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Data Center Construction to lead large-scale electrical projects within mission-critical facilities. You will oversee all phases from estimating to execution, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence in fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in construction PM and 5+ years in electrical PM, with strong leadership, client relations, and financial control capabilities to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• 5+ years of electrical project management experience involving data center installations.
• Experience with electrical distribution systems, structured cabling, and white space fit-outs.
• Experience managing electrical retrofits within operational facilities and coordinating across critical facility systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction processes, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and project financial management.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, project teams, and multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale data center electrical construction projects from inception through completion.
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Oversee electrical installations, critical power infrastructure, and white space fit-outs.
• Coordinate project activities among internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure quality, and resolve challenges.
• Ensure projects meet design specifications, contractual requirements, budgets, and timelines.
