Job summary

The Weitz Company is seeking a Project Executive to lead data center projects in Council Hill, OK. This role oversees construction operations, provides leadership, and drives strategic growth and budgets for assigned projects.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of project management, strong leadership, and data center experience, with a bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Procore/Bluebeam/JDE. Expect on-site leadership and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years of project management experience with leadership of senior project teams.
• Must have been Senior-Most Manager, Project Executive, or Director.
• Data center experience is preferred.
• Industry degree required; Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and project management software (JDE/Procore/Bluebeam).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and resource plans for large-scale data center projects.
• Lead project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and subs.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to senior management and clients.
• Direct on-site field management to meet schedule and budget targets.
• Support proposal development and client presentations.
• Manage contracts finances to protect company interests.
• Provide leadership to preconstruction teams on value, risk, and opportunities.
• Coordinate commissioning and handover activities.
