The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in commissioning along with leadership abilities and a solid understanding of MEP systems. This role requires managing a team, coordinating projects, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The compensation range is $160,000 - $195,000 plus bonuses and benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commissioning data centers or large-scale infrastructure.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams or programs.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and controls integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of commissioning across data center projects.
• Manage and mentor a team of Commissioning Managers and Engineers.
• Oversee third-party commissioning agents and coordinate effectively.
