Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. seeks a Senior Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning, startup, system completion, turnover, and operational readiness on data center and mission-critical projects. You will provide field leadership for Levels 1-3 and coordinate with Owner's team and stakeholders for Levels 4-5 testing.

The role requires extensive experience in commissioning, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams and systems to ensure readiness and safety.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commissioning, startup, or mission-critical environments.
• 5+ years leading commissioning teams or coordinating complex activities.
• Experience with Level 1-3 commissioning and supporting Level 4-5 testing.
• Willingness to travel or relocate for project duration.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning planning, coordination, execution, startup, and turnover readiness.
• Own and coordinate Level 1-3 commissioning activities, including planning and testing.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, OEMs, controls teams, and operations staff.
• Review drawings and sequences to identify readiness issues and resolve.
• Coordinate pre-functional checks, startup activities, testing, and turnover.
• Manage commissioning documentation and turnover records.
• Support Level 4-5 integrated testing with field readiness and documentation.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, controls, BMS/BAS, and related systems.
• Lead deficiency and punch list management through turnover.
• Coordinate cutovers, operational transitions, and readiness activities.
• Track commissioning risks, schedule impacts, and readiness concerns.
• Promote safe work practices, quality expectations, and project safety.
• Provide technical guidance and field leadership to teams and trade partners.
