Switch is seeking a Sr. Commissioning Program Manager to lead commissioning strategy and execution across data center projects. You will serve as the SME for commissioning standards, planning, and third-party oversight, collaborating with Construction, Design, Integration, and Operations to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

This role aligns with a P4 Lead level based on cross-functional influence and program ownership, with overseas travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mission-critical facilities such as data centers, substations, or power generation.
• Experience overseeing third-party contractors or commissioning agents.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Knowledge of regional building codes and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Assess new data center designs for commissionability and operational risk.
• Develop commissioning scopes of work and RFPs for third-party commissioning partners.
• Support onboarding and oversight of third-party commissioning agents.
• Review commissioning schedules, test scripts, and execution plans.
• Oversee commissioning activities for fit-outs, retrofits, and multi-site deployments.
