Job summary

A leading commissioning firm seeks a Commissioning Engineer in Seattle, WA, focused on mission-critical facilities including data centers and AI infrastructure. Candidates should have a strong electrical background and a minimum of 4 years of commissioning experience. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $160,000 annually, with a predictable work schedule and opportunities for growth. Benefits include a travel structure of 3 weeks on, 1 week off, and bonus eligibility based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of commissioning experience.
• Prior data center or mission-critical experience is a must.
• Strong electrical background required.

Responsibilities

• Manage commissioning activities for large, complex facilities.
• Develop and execute commissioning plans, test procedures, SOPs, and MOPs.
• Lead equipment pre-start-up, start-up, and functional performance testing.

Skills

Strong electrical background

Written and verbal communication skills

Hands-on experience with power quality meters

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Education

CCP or CxA certification

NFPA 70E and OSHA 10 or 30
