Job summary

Meta is seeking a senior infrastructure planning leader to join Data Center Central Planning. You will develop integrated, multi-year global data center capacity plans and scaling strategies that ensure Meta can deliver the right infrastructure at the right time, cost, and reliability, while staying adaptable under uncertainty.

You will translate fast-evolving demand signals—especially AI large clusters—into executable supply strategies and clear executive decision points.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
• BS in engineering, computer science, operations research, economics, or quantitative/analytical field.
• 15+ years experience in infrastructure strategy or capacity planning with cross-org decision ownership.
• Strong quantitative analysis and modeling skills (scenario/sensitivity analysis).
• Executive-level communication skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year data center capacity planning and the Plan of Record (PoR).
• Lead monthly/quarterly updates to assumptions and scenarios to keep plans decision-grade.
• Drive alignment with executives; present options, tradeoffs, and risks for large infrastructure investments.
• Incorporate AI-driven demand profiles and large-cluster requirements into the central plan.
• Partner with IDC delivery, capacity engineering, and other teams to drive planning outputs to implementation.
