Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of programming experience (SAS, SQL, VB.NET, Oracle).
• 3+ years of experience in related business analysis.
• ASP/ASP.NET experience preferred (1+ year).

Responsibilities

• Develops ad-hoc reports to conduct data analysis and validation.
• Confer with departments to analyze procedures and trends.
• Recommend technical alternatives to meet organizational goals.
• Research and assess financial impact of data/process issues.
• Automate processing and improve existing business systems.
• Create multiuser, real-time database solutions.
• Serve as SME for requirements, design, programming and documentation.
• Monitor project status and mitigate risks.
• Provide guidance and training to staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
