Job summary

PACS is transforming post-acute healthcare with data-driven insights. We seek a Data / BI Analyst to design scalable pipelines, optimize SQL, and deliver reliable dashboards across nationwide services.

You will work with Python, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric/Delta Lake to turn complex data into actionable business metrics and collaborate with stakeholders on data needs and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a quantitative or technical field
• 3-5 years in data analytics, data engineering, or BI analyst role
• Proven ability to build and manage data pipelines independently
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Delta Lake environments

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, transformation, and analysis
• Create and maintain data models for consistent reporting
• Build dashboards in Power BI or comparable BI tools
• Write DAX measures for complex metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and governance across pipelines and reports
• Troubleshoot data issues and identify improvement opportunities
• Document data models, pipelines, and reporting standards
• Stay current with best practices in data engineering and Microsoft Fabric
