Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States (Missouri) seeks an experienced Analytics professional to collect, analyze, and synthesize data to identify trends and insights that support business needs. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Analytics, or a related field
5-7 years of practical experience performing analytics with tools
Practical experience with Power BI, data analytics, reporting, and business/technology delivery
Ability to analyze structured and unstructured data, identify trends or exceptions, and translate findings into meaningful business insights
Practical experience performing analytics with tools such as Power BI, Python, Tableau, Business Objects, SQL, Cognos, or similar reporting, visualization, database, or business intelligence tools
Ability to develop accurate, user-friendly, timely reports, dashboards, and data tools aligned to stakeholder needs
Ability to gather requirements, translate business needs into deliverables, coordinate across Business and Technology, and support quality, timeliness, and value realization
Ability to validate data, monitor quality, reconcile discrepancies, and support confidence in reporting outputs
Ability to communicate technical results, data limitations, priorities, and business impact clearly and professionally
Ability to investigate issues, evaluate options, and apply business knowledge to analytics, reporting, self-service solutions, and automation

Responsibilities
