Job summary

GHD seeks a Lead Consultant - Data Architecture & Engineering to drive client engagements across Americas. You will combine market-facing leadership with hands-on data engineering, analytics, and AI delivery, shaping strategies and architectures for complex projects.

You will lead engagements, shape new work, and mentor teams, partnering with executives and client leaders to deliver scalable data platforms in cloud and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of data analytics, data engineering, and AI experience.
• Proven experience as a seller-doer in a consulting environment, including business development and client leadership.
• Deep experience defining and implementing enterprise data architectures and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead seller-doer activities, originating, shaping, and closing data, analytics, and AI opportunities.
• Oversee large, complex data and digital transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
• Provide hands-on leadership in data architecture, analytics solution design, and platform governance.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams of data engineers, scientists, and analytics consultants.
• Stay current on trends in data platforms, analytics, and AI to drive innovation.
