SteerBridge, Inc. is seeking a senior technical leader to own enterprise data architecture and serve as the Technical Product Owner for the MDC data pipeline.

This role combines hands-on architectural direction with backlog decisions, backlog decisions, sprint delivery accountability, and mentorship for Scrum teams. The candidate will translate mission priorities into scalable designs, drive data governance and observability across cloud platforms, and collaborate with SteerBridge and VA

Qualificações

• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• Six+ years of professional data architecture experience.
• Two+ years of hands-on Product Owner experience, backlog decisions included.
• Proven enterprise-scale data architecture ownership in cloud environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own target-state architecture for claims, clinical, and healthcare data and platforms.
• Prioritize backlog and define epics, stories, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Lead sprint delivery and guide data engineering teams; improve delivery discipline.
• Mentor MDC Scrum teams and promote mature Agile practices.
• Design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality, lineage, and governance.
• Communicate roadmaps, risks, and decisions to executives and government partners.
