Job summary

Hire Tech Services is seeking a Senior Enterprise Data Architect with Snowflake and Python expertise to lead modernization of the data warehouse and analytics platforms. This hands-on role drives standards, governance, and scalable architectures across the enterprise, partnering with data engineers and BI teams to deliver trusted data products.

The ideal candidate will design dimensional models using Kimball, establish reusable data structures, and mentor engineers while aligning KPI definitions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, analytics engineering, or data warehousing.
• Proven experience designing and modernizing dimensional data warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the redesign and modernization of enterprise dimensional data warehouse environments using Kimball and star schema methodologies.
• Define enterprise standards for dimensional modeling, semantic consistency, certified datasets, and reusable reporting structures.
• Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with enterprise reporting and analytics requirements.
• Design scalable enterprise data architectures supporting executive dashboards, operational reporting, and self-service BI.
• Establish governance standards for curated and trusted enterprise data products.
