Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks a seasoned Data Architect to lead data design and architecture and to engage with stakeholders across business units. The role requires hands-on execution, collaboration with teams, and guiding architectural decisions in a hybrid Plano, TX setting.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, 3+ years in data architecture, and strong expertise in cloud data architecture, Snowflake, ETL, and data warehousing. This is a hybrid role with 3-4 days on-site in Plano.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience in data roles.
• 3+ years with data architecture and design.
• Cloud data architecture experience; AWS strongly preferred.
• Experience with Snowflake and data warehousing.
• Proven data pipelining & ETL experience.

Responsibilities

• 40% Hands on work in data architecture and implementation.
• 10% Management duties.
• 50% Team collaboration with stakeholders across units.
