Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to lead data architecture and cloud modernization efforts in Charlotte, NC. You will shape data models, integration strategies, and governance across platforms, with a focus on Snowflake.

Lead collaboration with engineers, analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure data solutions that enable AI readiness and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data/enterprise architecture or related tech disciplines.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience designing enterprise data architectures, models, and cross-platform data flows.
• Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms and modern warehouse architecture (Snowflake).
• Understanding of data modeling concepts for analytic and operational use.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve enterprise data architecture principles and guidelines.
• Establish scalable integration patterns for secure data exchange across apps and platforms.
• Provide architectural direction for cloud data warehouse environments, focusing on Snowflake.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, engineers, and business stakeholders on designs.
• Guide development of data models to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Evaluate technologies to balance scalability, security, cost, and value.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance discussions with cross-functional teams.
