Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture or related roles.
• Experience leading cloud data warehouse modernization initiatives.
• Strong SQL skills with data modeling and transformation.
• Experience designing enterprise data pipelines and analytics solutions.
• Experience supporting BI/reporting environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the Azure Synapse to Microsoft Fabric migration.
• Define future-state data architecture and support enterprise data modernization efforts.
• Review reporting structures, data models, and analytics workflows impacted by Salesforce data changes.
• Support migration strategy for analytics workloads and reporting environments.
• Design scalable data models, transformation processes, and data architecture solutions.
• Ensure Salesforce data changes are reflected across reporting platforms.
• Partner with Salesforce, BI, data engineering, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve data quality and analytics capabilities.
• Support hands-on SQL development, data transformation, and validation as needed.
