Qualifications

• 15+ years hands-on data engineering and data architecture experience.
• Deep data modeling expertise: dimensional, normalized, and Data Vault.
• Experience architecting lakehouse/data mesh platforms with Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, and Spark.
• Strong SQL and performance engineering skills at scale.
• Ownership of data governance, quality, master data, metadata, and lineage programs.
• Experience with data security/compliance in regulated industries.
• Migration of on-prem ETL to cloud-native platforms.
• Experience with ML/AI data needs and feature pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-scale data platforms end-to-end.
• Design and implement state-of-the-art data models and architectures.
• Collaborate with AI teams on feature pipelines and data retrieval.
• Drive governance, quality, and security for data assets.
• Lead migration projects from legacy warehouses to cloud-native systems.
