Job summary

JPS Tech Solutions in California seeks a Senior Data Architect to design enterprise data architectures, models, and migration strategies for large-scale programs. Qualifications

15+ years of experience in data architecture, modeling, engineering, and large-scale migrations.
Experience with legacy-to-modern migrations across multiple source systems and cutover strategy.
Strong SQL and relational databases; source-to-target mapping, transformation rules, and ETL design.
Expertise in data quality, remediation, cleansing, and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into scalable data architectures and solutions.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Architects, SMEs, and offshore Data teams for design walkthroughs and backlog refinement.
Oversee data migration design, sequencing, validation, and data integrity across complex systems.
Recognize that successful migration starts with fixing the source data.
