Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming.
• At least 10 years of experience in analyzing operational methods and developing computer programs.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience with public pension systems or Governmental Retirement Benefits.
• 15 years of direct experience with Oracle databases.
• At least 5 years of experience with Version Control using Git.
