Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a data architecture lead to design and govern enterprise data architectures across multiple domains.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data models, pipelines, metadata, and integrations, and mentor junior architects to grow their skills. The role emphasizes scalable, secure architectures with governance compliance and opportunities to work with Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, and cloud-based platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/IS or related field.
• 7+ years in enterprise data architecture and design.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, integration, and governance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data architecture design and governance.
• Define integration patterns and system interoperability.
• Mentor junior architects and guide best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements.
• Advise AI/ML teams on semantic modeling and feature stores.
• Review artifacts with developers, testers, and security teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
