Job summary

FSP is seeking a Data Architect to join its Data and AI practice. You will define, design and govern high-quality data architectures across complex client environments, working with engineers and principal consultants to translate business challenges into scalable data solutions.

You will lead cloud-native data platform design, governance standards and data modelling efforts, while collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver durable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering data architectures in large-scale environments.
• Cloud-native data platform design with modern tooling (e.g., MS Fabric, Databricks, AWS).
• Strong data modelling knowledge: Kimball, 3NF, Data Vault, dimensional modelling.
• Experience with data governance, metadata management and CI/CD for data.
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define, own and evolve enterprise-grade data architectures for clients.
• Lead design of cloud data platforms, semantic layers and data models.
• Establish governance standards, frameworks and principles.
• Act as a trusted technical partner to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Create reusable architectural blueprints and components for delivery teams.
• Stay current with cloud and data engineering innovations.
• Share insights and drive best practices across engineering teams.
