Job summary

Cemen Tech, Inc. in Indianola, IA, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to transform raw data into meaningful insights supporting operational and strategic decisions.

You will act as a data architect and analytics partner, organizing data sources and collaborating to design dashboards and reporting tools that drive action. You will report to the Director of IT and work cross-functionally to improve data accessibility, consistency, and usability, operating independently while prioritizing projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data analytics, computer science, accounting, finance, business, or a related field preferred.
• Five or more years of hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a closely related role.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and performance optimization.
• Experience extracting and interpreting data from an ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand reporting needs and translate them into dashboards and analytical tools.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that support decision-making across the organization.
• Identify, define, and implement improvements to data structure, integrity, and governance across key systems.
• Work with IT and system owners to ensure data is captured and stored to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Develop and maintain consistent data definitions, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Build and maintain data models and datasets that enable efficient reporting and analysis.
