Job summary

Fantom Corporation is actively seeking a Senior Data Architect to lead the design and stewardship of the enterprise data environment. The role integrates traditional databases with modern data platforms and semantic-graph tech to support AI and advanced analytics.

The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and readiness across critical defense and intelligence programs, enabling rapid analytics and informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Top Secret Clearance or eligibility for one.
• Polygraph clearance readiness.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SQL, MySQL, Hadoop, ETL; cloud platforms AWS and GCP; Python.

Responsibilities

• Maximize data collection and user experience.
• Analyze and present statistical information; create databases and data infrastructure; automate data retrieval and storage processes.
• Create code strings, run tests, and troubleshoot problems with organization’s databases.

We are seeking a Senior Data Architect. This role brings together traditional databases, modern data platforms, and semantic-graph technologies.

The ideal candidate leads the design and management of the organizations enterprise data environment, ensuring information is accurate,connected, and ready to support advanced analytics and AI.

Responsibilities

• To maximize data collection and user experience
• Analyze and present statistical information using code to create databases and other types of data infrastructure using code to automate data retrieval and storage process.
• Create code strings, run tests, and troubleshoot problems with organization's databases

Required Qualifications

• Must possess an active Top Secret Clearance
• Must be willing and able to obtain a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience
• SQL, MySQL, Hadoop, ETL
• AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Python.
