Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a Reporting Analyst for a hybrid role based in Pittsburgh, PA (also Camp Hill, PA or Buffalo, NY) to collect, validate, analyze and organize data into meaningful reports, supporting strategic objectives in member retention and satisfaction.

You will manipulate data from multiple sources to generate reports using mainframe or PC applications, develop work plans to meet deadlines, estimate completion dates and communicate status to customers and management, and resolve

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for all levels
• 7-10 years of related progress experience in the area of specialization including experience in leading projects of varying size and complexity
• Experience with end-user reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Generate reports through mainframe and/or PC applications utilizing established applications/programs.
• Develop custom files/reports in mainframe and PC formats and/or applications.
• Develop work plans to meet deadlines, accurately estimate completion dates and communicate status.
• Resolve technical problems related to automated systems, perform analysis, develop and implement test plans and implement solutions.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
