ICIMS, a leading enterprise hiring platform, seeks a Senior Product Manager, Data & Analytics to shape strategy and roadmaps for analytics, data feeds, and the Common Data Platform. You will partner with engineering, analytics, data science, and sales to deliver enterprise-scale data products and drive adoption.

The role emphasizes data product leadership, technical fluency, and the delivery of customer-focused analytics solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience leading data products.
• Experience with analytics platforms and data services.
• Ability to define strategy, roadmaps, pricing, and GTM for data products.
• Knowledge of Privacy by Design (PbD) guidelines and practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer-facing analytics, data feeds, internal analytics solutions, and the Common Data Platform.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with analytics, platform, and application domains to align priorities and outcomes.
• Drive go-to-market readiness and ensure successful launches and adoption of data products and platform capabilities.
• Define and monitor product metrics, drive data-driven decisions, and optimize based on feedback and market trends.
• Mentor junior product managers and ensure PbD assessments are completed.
