Job summary

Citi is seeking a Data Analytics Group Manager in New York to lead a team of data professionals and drive both tactical and strategic data initiatives. You will own the end-to-end data product lifecycle, from design to delivery, including budgeting and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires 10+ years of data experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to present complex analyses to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience working with various data teams.
• Detailed understanding of latest data technologies and solutions for next generation business needs.
• Experience with statistical modeling of large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all products and for designing and implementing both tactical and strategic data.
• Serve as the SME for strategic data analysis, identify insights, and communicate implications.
• Define the service model for new data products across businesses and regions.
• Prepare and present business cases underpinning strategic investments.
• Participate in strategic engagements to embed data into business forums up to exec level.
• Plan and manage ongoing product investment aligned with portfolio balance and capacity.
• Build a product improvement and innovation pipeline with view of commercial value.
• Ensure current product landscape and architecture is mapped from origination to revenue realization.
