Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Senior Analytics professional in Minnesota to lead complex analyses that inform decisions across product, marketing, finance, and payments.

You will design end-to-end analytical solutions, build hypotheses, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior leaders, driving portfolio growth and improved customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Eight or more years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, SAS, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Ability to solve ambiguous business problems with limited direction.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect analytics to business outcomes.
• Experience developing executive presentations for senior leaders.
• Proven ability to influence decisions through data-driven recommendations.
• Background in financial services, banking, payments, or consumer lending preferred.
• Experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or regression techniques is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate impact of strategies, product changes, and customer initiatives via data-driven analysis.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders as a trusted analytics advisor.
• Identify proactive analytical opportunities to drive portfolio growth and improve customer outcomes.
