Formación

• BS/BA in a related discipline; 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Certification may be required in some roles.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Tests, analyzes, and solves data issues to ensure data integrity and supports end users of BI tools.
• Develops complex reporting dashboards and scorecards to drive BI decisions.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Strategy to target insights from customer data.
• Provides cross-department support to meet BI, analytics, and reporting needs.
• Manages project communications and tracks deliverables across teams.
