Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise Data & Analytics solutions across a global organization. This role focuses on transforming complex data into scalable products, trusted insights, and decisions that drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a CS/IS/Engineering-related field.
5+ years of progressive Data & Analytics engineering experience.
Strong hands-on data engineering experience with ETL solutions.
BI engineering experience using Power BI or similar platforms.
Advanced SQL for complex enterprise datasets.
Knowledge of data warehousing, data integration, and analytics environments.
Experience owning end-to-end data solutions in an Agile/Scrum setup.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design, engineer, and implement scalable Data & Analytics solutions for key business initiatives.
Build and enhance ETL processes ingesting data from multiple sources.
Develop reliable data pipelines and resolve data-related issues.
Contribute to enterprise data catalog and data standards.
Define data models to improve data quality and accessibility.
Collaborate to evolve schemas and data models for new sources.
