MariaDB is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to design and build end-to-end analytics systems. You will craft reliable data pipelines across BigQuery and MariaDB, write advanced SQL, and develop internal tools with Python and FastAPI.

You’ll apply AI/ML techniques and work with stakeholders to turn insights into action. The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and communication, with a strong focus on scalable data architectures and reproducible workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in data analytics engineering or related field.
• Expert-level SQL with BigQuery and MariaDB experience.
• Strong Python and JavaScript skills for pipelines, internal tools and APIs.
• Experience with AI/ML and practical application of LLMs.
• Public GitHub profile with examples of work.

Responsibilities
